Students, Md Saiful Alam and Janna Chapman, have been contributing to an ongoing collaboration with WMATA to model metro ridership using new data and machine learning techniques. Saiful presented some of the results at the 65th Transportation Research Forum in Arlington and received honorable mention in the best student category.
